Nyerere national park is named in honour of our nation’s founder late Mwalimu Julius Kambarage Nyerere, The park was established in 2019 and is the largest National park in Africa with an area of over 30,000 square kilometres which is also part of Selous Game Reserve, All diversity makes a good home and hosts large numbers of animals that are predators and prey as well as flora (plants) and fauna (animals ) like lions, Leopard, Hyena, Impressive numbers of antelope and the most unique and rare animals to see hunting dogs, the mighty Rufiji is also part of park ecosystem which is the largest river in East Africa and is a suitable home for Hippos and Crocodiles and act as the primary source of water during the dry season.

A trip will start from Zanzibar Airport to Selous Airstrip early in the morning, on arrival you will get a short brief from your guide and start the game directly through Mtereme gate, you will get lunch in the park which is another experience that we would like you to have and make a good memory in your lifetime, after lunch you will continue with the game and drive back to the Airstrip late evening will be the end and sad for us that you will fly back to Zanzibar.
